I just looked at the entry list and was disappointed that the GT-1 list is composed of 2 each:  Corvette, Saleen, Aston Martin.  What about Maserati or anyone else.   Anybody know anything about this???

Last I read was Maserati was going to have a car that would be compliant with aco rules so they could run LeMans but I thought they were to run last years car until the new one was ready Now that theres a Viper street coupe I was hoping for a factory effort there but not this year i guess

Risi was running the effort in the US, and they have dropped the masseratti for the 430.  Makes a lot of sense because the MC12 was not ACO legal so it could not earn points or money.  The competition coupe is a speed world challenge program for the most part.  There are quite a few there.  Carsport, who formerly ran the GTS-R, is going to be running a pair of Saleens this year (I think, but don't quote me, they are going to be running in LMS, the europe verision of ALMS).
