Hey,.. I'm trying to be cordial.

Someone starts a thread dissing the Mighty Gators, especially when their team totally sucks, you know I can't just let it sit there with some response.

How's Ron Zook Field at Doak doing!!!!!

Doh! Our W. Basketball team is in the WNIT and hosting the Gaytors...which is great...but it's on Sebring Thursday! GAH! I really should be there to cover it, but they're going to have to push it back a few days.

Womens Round Ball is Gay anyway,...

Now I love Womens Volley Ball, but can't seem to get into the Womens Basketball at any level.

You've only got to spend 5 minutes on sebringfans.com to realize that, while many of them may be knowledgeable fans, this race is mostly a drinking binge with some noisy cars in the background.
The focus (on that site) on alcohol consumption is really kind of depressing. I'm kind of amazed (and disappointed) that track management doesn't do anything to try and go a bit more upmarket.
If I wanted to hang with drunken louts I'd go to a British premier league game.

Little late to this thread, but have to enjoy it while I can. Of course, UCF is back in this year (2nd year in a row), at 24-8, but the kicker is that our two decent players graduated last year! Still back in it and I can say that of the two schools where I have taught, both of them are in the big game, at least for another day or so wink

Yeah, that's Central Florida and Oakland University of Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Go Golden Knights! Go Golden Grizzlies! It's all over tomorow!

I'm thinking the Gators will have to make a run through the ACC,... they might have to play Duke and North Carolina, if they want to compete for the Championship
