Hello,

Having only read the posts on here for a while now, I have decided to join the group. I will be making my 4th visit to the 12 hours this year from the UK. I have a question though.

In the race program there is usually a page on the annual award for Sebring fan of the year, and Sebringfans.com gets a mention in relation to this award.

So how would i go about nominating somebody for next years award. I have an elderly friend who lives in Miami and has been going to Sebring for years. Each year he kindly provides tents for anyone travelling from the UK  to the race, and cooks us a full English breakfast and provides wonderful hospitality for us all and expects nothing in return. I would like to nominate him for the award next year. How can i do so please.

Thanks
Chris

Last year it was a 100 word essay type of entry and several good photos.

If you are looking to enter your friend anonymously, Take some great photos (it helps) of your friend and write a essay in the off season.

Contact me here when you have it done, or call the track and ask for Michelle DeLaney. It is best to have the submission on or around the first week of January. That will not be too early and not too late.

If you ish to submit it to me I wil be able to out it under the right noses to make sure it gets entered.

Welcome to the website. add your camp to the fanfinder forum if you want to. If not try to stop bu the WFO party to meet a bunch of us morons. Plus you could score some american watered down beer for free Smiley

I'll be there,... and don't worry,... I don't even own a Jeff Gordon shirt or anything, and NASCAR will be the farthest thing from my mind
