John, you race sebring.... When you get time why don't you tell us from a drivers perspective your Lap around sebring.

I did it once on one of the forums from my panoz school experience, but you would be a better feature. Hell, I'll make it a front page story Smiley

Wow that dude was walking a thin line in 17. With that bump and his speed, that porsche was almost gone....

Wait, wait, wait.  I'm just a driver wannabe.  I would love to do about 10 laps but I don't think that it's in the cards.  So, I enjoy watching the cars run.  I did get to go to Le Mans this past year and had a blast.
The video clip was on the Rennlist.com site.

Hey, I can beat that lap around Sebring ! Well more in thrill value than lap time however.

During my first visit to Sebring in 2002, I took a flight on the B -17 that was visiting for the race celebrations. It cost $350 for 25 mins, but was well worth it for the once in a lifetime experience. I got to watch the race as well, from a good aerial view, complete with  anti aircraft machine gun in front of me.  How cool is that .

I was happy to see you posted from my web link the story regarding the video of the GT3R on the Home Page today.  Wow, I'm happy that it turned out so well.  I have a couple more of the "Yellow Bird" Ruf at Nurenbergring (sp?) but don't know if I can get them off my desktop to you.  If you have ideas on how to do it, let me know.  They are a high speed blast and from Green Flag Video.

The video is just awesome....i was clamping my ass together and holding my breath while watching it...you have to respect the drivers for being able to do that....i've done some laps at Sebring and Road Atlanta but when you see it at real speed...WOW!!

Turn 17 is such a monster, with so many lines...i though he might lose it too...

If you like fast lap videos, go to this website and pick some.  There are some really good ones from many of the world's best race tracks.  I really like the one under Nurburgring and Hans Stuck driving the BMW GT3R.  What a ride.
