given that sebring is the subject of our affection, i say total immersion racing is better.

I have played that and it lacks the car control you can get from the GT series.

I have gotten good enough at GT3 I can drift the car through every corner using the weight shifting and e-brake method and still win races Smiley

No, but I can get my hand on one pretty quickly.   Cheesy

Good news is I'll get it whenever it is released.  The guy who works overnight in electronics is gonna stash me a copy of it under the counter for when I go to get it.

You can see it at Sebring then. I HAVE to have this game. I actually turned down chistmas gifts this year from my wife, so i could get this game as soon as it came out

I asked for it for christmas, then my mom sent me an email from the order she placed saying it was going to be pushed back. I opted to buy it when it came out instead. I think i'll place my pre-order now.

Man i called around everywhere trying to get a place selling this game at midnight. Walmart is actually not selling them until Mar 3 around here.

After talking to the guy at the local  EB Games, he convinced me to preorder online and set it for instore pickup. The earliest I can get it is 7pm on the 22nd.

Woooo hoooo! I will be picking mine up after work tomorrow. I probably will only get a couple hours sleep after that Smiley

I'm gonna ask are electronics guy if/when our copies will be here and when they're going to be released.  If its not going to be released until Mar 3, then I'm gonna go somewhere else to buy.  Which sucks cause me and him both know this game is gonna be a hot seller.

WOOHOOO! The day is here!

Unfortunatly I'm stuck at work...then after work I have class, after class I've got to shoot a soccer game/edit for tomorrow's paper...then and only then do I get to go home...sigh.

EDIT: Doh! Can't get it until "after 5:30pm" I guess I'll be going to the mall before class...and reading the book for the game during class.

This game is amazing.

I cant wait to get to run with some of the sports cars included. Most of the significant group c cars are there, as well as the important recent prototypes from audi, panoz, bmw, and pescorlo. I wish the cadilliacs and chryslers were in it though. There are some awesome classic tracks, though without winning anything I can only see four or five of them...

I see myself wasting my life away in front of this game...and you'll find no complaints here.

Yea I was up until 2am playing Smiley I love the game.

The only complaint I have is you can tell the car controll is best suited for a steering wheel. For some reason in this version you have a lot more wheel spin and I keep oversteering (Not that the car has oversteer). I keep yanking the car around trying to line up got the corners.

For some reason it did not import all the liccenses I held in GT3. But after discovering that you get some VERY original cars when you complete a GT4 license. I will go back through them all. The licenses that it did import, shows I hold those licenses, but i can go back and complete the tests to win the car still.

Looks like i will not be getting much sleep in the next few months Smiley
