While trying to add an avatar I keep getting error messages :?

what size is the avatar and what is the error?

Its width can be no greater than 150 pixels, the height no greater than 150 pixels, and the file size no more than 15 KB.

Then i would advise her to link to the image as you can make them bigger that way.
