We will be coming to Sebring, coming in late Wednesday and want to park in the "right" spot.  Will be coming in SUV and plan to pitch a couple of tents but just don't know where.  In looking at the map, there are several places and I'm sure the veterans have their spot picked out.  Would like to be close to some of the folks on this site if possible.  Is the Car North Paddock parking area worth $50 instead of general parking for $10? Any advice where we should go once we get in the gate to park would be appreciated.  I don't know that we can get a good place for viewing from the campsite by the time we get there but any help with the logistics would be helpful.  Also, is there any information on gatherings of the SebringFans group?, time, place, what to bring, etc?
Look forward to meeting some of you guys.

What you want to do is get to the track as early as possible. All of green park trackside parking is first-come, first-serve. You are not aloowed to stake off property any more.

So figure out what section of the track you would like to see best. and head that way. I can tell you first hand that Turn 10 will be hard to get to as will be the hairpin. I will post a better map tonight, but if I were you I would consider the relationship of the camping spot to the heated showers. I suggest the fangio chicane area (turn 9)

North Paddock car Parking will really not help you. You can park your car in there, but there is no good places to pull up trackside as they are all reserved for about $300 a piece. Plus most spaces are concrete, and more suited for RV camping.
