I think my local bead place went out of business... I have to see if I can make my way over to tampa to buy them or I guess I am going to buy from Beads By The Dozen

Do any members have a good contact for beads? Is anyone driving from Louisiana? Maybe you could pick up my boxes so i don't have to pay shipping Smiley

Most of our Sebring group will be attending Tampa's Gasparilla parade next weekend...I'm sure we'll be well supplied come Sebring.  There is a place here locally called the Bead Barn that supplies most of the Gasparilla Crewes and is open to the public...check em out if you need to stock up!!!

Yea I have dealt with bead barn in the past. They are about the same price as buying from beads by the dozen and shipping them.

I might have to go back to them this year. I priced my stuff on BBTD website and I was up to 600lbs of stuff 8O

http://www.mardigrasoutlet.com/  this place has a 35 pound pack for $27.95. That's about 30 to 35 dozen beads!

I'm doing Gasparilla, on the 29th, in the Bay this year. I got a new deck boat and figured I utikize it for a different perspective.

One of my good racing friends from Cleveland was at Sebring last year and being the cool Racing Chick that she is had some awesome 'racing tire' beads. No idea where she got them, but they were cool. I unfortunately broke the string and they all shot off into a hundred directions..  cry

Have never been to the bead barn, and do not know the address. Order online from BBD and they arrived quickly. Home I got enough to get through Gasparilla this Saturday, and then Sebring. What the heck, anything for boobs.

Bead Barn is run my Features Costumes. They supply most of the costumes for the parade. The problem is without a Krew discount. I can get the for the same price at BBD

Team Tampa is well armed now thanks to a successful day on the fences at Gasparilla...here we come ladies!!! We've even managed to acquire some fancy "bush beads" for any girl interested in a trade.
