Hi,
MiCarr reminded me that some of you do care  grin
First a big thank you to all who packed up my stuff so i could fly home. MiCarr Randy Sandy Lee Doris.
Thanks to Doris for delivering me to the airport so I could catch a plane. My friend Jeff took my bike back to his house  near Atlanta. My son picked me up at Buffalo airport.Visited my Doctor on that Monday and he had me in for Xrays immediately.
Four fractured ribs....ouch!  He gave me painkillers and said it will hurt for 3 to 6 weeks. I took the  week off work.
Still hurts a bit but no where near what it did.
Thanks Sandy for letting me use Norm's chair.
Thanks Doris for driving me to Breakfast and the airport and for coming all the way from New Zealand.
To Velox racing guy for sharing his Percusetts (sp)
Great Race.
 Phil

Ouch!  Did you go down at the track?

You've only got to spend 5 minutes on sebringfans.com to realize that, while many of them may be knowledgeable fans, this race is mostly a drinking binge with some noisy cars in the background.
The focus (on that site) on alcohol consumption is really kind of depressing. I'm kind of amazed (and disappointed) that track management doesn't do anything to try and go a bit more upmarket.
If I wanted to hang with drunken louts I'd go to a British premier league game.

No, Phil's motorcycle came down on him the day he was going to the track. I knew he was hurting but 4 fractured ribs youch! How he managed in a tent for 3 nights I just don't know. God Bless him, he was a trooper.
