Went to Mid-Ohio this past weekend for both ALMS and Indy cars. A beautiful track with some nice straights and some hilly-twisty turns. Sat on the hill and also sat in the stands at the end of the long straight. Track is moderately short at 2.25 miles and not stretched out so it is easy and short to walk to most areas quickly.
Weather was great and all the fans I talked to very friendly and helpful being my first time there.
Stayed in the city of Marion which is about 28 miles to the track.( closest I could get with a months notice since closer rooms were booked)
Would recommend this weekend next year to anyone interested.

I highly recommend camping, nice folks & hot showers.

I was there too.....great weekend
