Contest time! I have a prize to give away to the person who can tell me what aspect of Sebring they are most looking forward to. The responses can be anywhere between 1 and 5,000 words. Nothing more than that though, and emoticons are not words, no matter how graphic it is.  The winner will be the xth reply to this post with "x" being a number I have pre-chosen (and will be safeguarded with Misplaced Floridian).  The contest is open to anybody, but the prize may be more enjoyed by a member of DfH and/or somebody into soccer as you can see below. It's a size XL. Good luck!  afro

Unfair. Unbalanced. Unmedicated.

I am in fact in possession of the number provided by Nate.  It is stored in an envelope in a hermetically sealed mayonnaise jar, protected by a variety of hexes, jinxes and trained hampsters.  Now, as long as I don't use that particular jar of mayonnaise to make my potato salad...

Titties!

Do all posts count as entries?  Or are people looking forward to Sebring to complain about size and color of shirts?

You've only got to spend 5 minutes on sebringfans.com to realize that, while many of them may be knowledgeable fans, this race is mostly a drinking binge with some noisy cars in the background.
The focus (on that site) on alcohol consumption is really kind of depressing. I'm kind of amazed (and disappointed) that track management doesn't do anything to try and go a bit more upmarket.
If I wanted to hang with drunken louts I'd go to a British premier league game.

As long as it includes some reason why Sebring is great, it counts. And yours definitely counts  afro

I am looking forward to meet great friends again, to drink beer, to hear the cars thunder down Turn 10, to see the teams in the pitstraight, to drink beer, to laugh and recall last races adventures, to raise a pint (or 10) on Norm and remember him, to drink beer and to meet up with friends!

Dirk got his own shirt back?? I have his Dutch knit cap complete with ear flaps, can I auction it?
Kidding Dirk I will either deliver it to you personally at LeMans or send it with a trusted member.
Sorry,....didn't realize I still had it till after we got back to St. Pete.
