Hi everyone,  Trying to get some new ideas for side dishes at our camp.  We have lost our best cook  tickedoff and I am searching for some new and easy side dishes for a 100 people or more.  Any help would be great!  Or anyone interested in cooking for "Lemon Drops " just let me know.  Thanks. Beer

Unfair. Unbalanced. Unmedicated.

Watch what the people in the camps around you are cooking.  When you see something you like, and it's almost done, distract them and...  cool

Everyone will be helping with the meals.  I was just hoping that someone would come up with something that I hadn't thought of.  Well, looks like you all have.  Liver marinated in beer and bourbon..... cheese whiz and crackers.  Sonny's pulled pork.  Tequila and Slim Fast ( my personal favorite, so far)  LOL, and jello shots.  From all of these suggestions, we will all be so wasted we won't care what we eat.   Drinker Drinker Drinker  I am still hoping for that one recipe that catches my eye... Probably will avoid cooking much and just eat at the Midway, maybe the hotel, and if I'm lucky Club Sebring.

What I usualy bring is large bowl of elbow macoroni, tuna (or chicken), mayo, small chunks of extra sharp cheddar cheese, black olives, celery, salt and pepper and other stuff if avalable. Mix it all together and voila, a side dish. It's cheap and easy (like my last date). It has everything a growing Sebringite needs, you just pour the tequila on as needed and don't forget to keep it cool.
