About time Turn 10 featured. And as much as I like Roger and consider him a friend, I do wish that Lee had been given the chance to do the painting featuring Turn 10 as we discussed a few years ago.

Nice to see the Drayson car on the poster too.

Sorry to disappoint people, but I sent Roger a message to ask if he painted Turn 10 from a particular photo and just had this reply from him.

Hi Chris,
The Turn 10 part of the painting was from various reference sources I found, not any single one. Anyone claiming to be on the scaffolding is purely using their imagination, lol. It was Ken Breslauer's idea to use Turn 10 this year. He's the track historian and editor of the program.

See you there!

Cheers!

I was going to blow my extra cash on shirts, hats and food this year. I figure if air plants can survive on air alone, why can't I? This year it will be extra programs and posters. I admire the detail that was put into this years poster.

The funny thing is I thought Ken always looked down his nose at T10..... But I remember him Laughing at the Slug giving autographs. I have offered to take him down to T10 for the scaffolding view, but he is always to busy come race time.

Hats off to every one at turn 10 for the well deserved recognition on the event poster.  From your friends down at turn 6.  We were going to set up there one year untill we saw the No Dumb Asses sign and thought better of it.

Looking forward to the WFO party.
