Is there a date that final entries have to be in by? When is Scrutineering?

as always, the last entry will be accepted once it's check clears.  afro

Scrutineering? that's a French thing. Cars must pass through tech before they can participate in on track activities.
They start teching folks on the Saturday and Sunday before promoter test days. If teams don't participate in them
then before first combined practice on Wednesday.   after that... you must pass tech again post qualifying.

Not that it's new news but...

Quote
Irrelevance: Audi disses ‘the platform’

Since we’re on the subject of Sebring, Audi will test for four days immediately following the 12 Hours. Not with a ‘transition’ car, but with an R15 version that’s fully compliant with 2010 ACO rules. So the ‘blame’ (Murphy did his share) on Peugeot for blocking a transition car at Sebring seems to have been overtaken by events. The fact is that during the week when the American Le Mans Series in on the track at Sebring, a pair of fully functional, shaken-down, brand new, ready-to-race R15’s will be sitting inside a transporter nearby. Now Braselburg looks stupid, or irrelevant, or both. In any case, Audi doesn’t give a flying eff to show up for the biggest race on the ALMS schedule. Some ‘platform.’ Explain that, Braselburgers.

Audi has planned to test at Sebring following the race long before all of this Peugeot petitioning against them stuff started.  Unless Audi comes to the track with a fully ACO legal car (which they claim they won't have by Sebring), they will NOT be racing.

Lets hope that it happens.  I want Peugeot and Aston Martin to whoop some ass!

Dude, whats that thing on your head?   Shocked
A mohician!  I am gonna shave my head into one for Sebring!
If your shaving your head for sebring at least put a few turns in the mohawk.
