Petite is being billed as a 'battle for the ages' with Audi, Peugeot, Aston-Martin, Acura and now Oreca ... a Sebring line-up like that would be an excellent start to the season!

Drayson Racing's new Lola coupe has a Judd 5.5L V-10, not Aston Martin power.

The article also refers to Petit as the third biggest sports car race in the world, following Sebring and Le Mans.

I knew that.  I was testing you.   rolleyes

I would agree with that, as class winners get automatic invites to Le Mans the following year.  Europeans may have differing ideas (consider 24 hours of Spa, Nurburgring), but to get an event like Petite to be as successful as it is, deep in the heart of NA$CAR country, is certainly noteworthy.

I would like to see more Euros come to Petit.  With the 1000K of Silverstone today, it would probably be too much of a squeeze for many teams.   Undecided  I would like to see both Sebring and Petit be stops on the LMS schedule.  Talk about a full field!   Smiley   One can dream, right?   rolleyes
