I would agree with that, as class winners get automatic invites to Le Mans the following year. Europeans may have differing ideas (consider 24 hours of Spa, Nurburgring), but to get an event like Petite to be as successful as it is, deep in the heart of NA$CAR country, is certainly noteworthy.
