we should create a site along the lines of AmericanLeMansFans.com or something of the sort....
or create new sections of SF.com for each track

Good idea! A lot of people I camp with or met at Sebring started talking about teaming up for different ALMS racer throughout the year. Hell some of us are even working on travel plans and menus! |

Yeah...he has an ALMS site, but he's too busy talking to himself on bucstalk.com...that and an ALMS site and Sebring site would kind of butt heads.

Maybe add to the main topics of 12 HOURS OF SEBRING, ALMS RACING, and INSIDER'S VIEW (not sure what they're called in forum lingo) for specific venues that people here also visit, such as Mid-Ohio, Petit LeMans and Mosport. No need to reinvent the forum just because we got a little popular!

I don't know if a new forum would be best, it could distract members from sf.com ... as an alternative, under the 'ALMS Racing' topic, have another topic for '2008 Season', under that an entry for each venue on the schedule for that year. Is that doable? |

Just change it when there's activity all year. If there isn't, the name of the forum doesn't have anything to do with it. If there is, there might be a reason to rename it, although I have serious doubts about that. Just keep it like it is, there's room for discussing all season over here.
