I don't think so.

For Christmas friends of ours gave us one of those tall tents that look like a port-o-let.  Bren read my mind--as I was thinking about how deep I'd have to dig the hole to use it as a Sebring urinal, she said "don't you think about taking that to Sebring!"

Re-reading some of this thread above I found the stuff about Lucky Cole.  He is a major character in Dorsey's last novel, Electric Barracuda.

You've only got to spend 5 minutes on sebringfans.com to realize that, while many of them may be knowledgeable fans, this race is mostly a drinking binge with some noisy cars in the background.
The focus (on that site) on alcohol consumption is really kind of depressing. I'm kind of amazed (and disappointed) that track management doesn't do anything to try and go a bit more upmarket.
If I wanted to hang with drunken louts I'd go to a British premier league game.

What's sad about getting old--I'd rather go to Joey Redner's brewery, Cigar City, than to his father's tittie bar, Mons Venus.
